Job responsibilities
- Develop, review, and implement the back-up and disaster recovery procedures plans.
- Lead and manage the architecture, design and implementation of application development.
- Design and Produce BI Reports (Daily, Monthly reports) for Management and other departments.
- Ensure Core Banking System is up and running smoothly for daily business transactions.
- Ensure all IT related Systems operate smoothly with minimum interruptions.
- Take lead in managing IT related Projects.
- Provide day-to-day supervision, conduct performance appraisals for IT Staffs.
- Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines and equipment.
- Analyze data and regularly monitoring transactions and provide technical support to resolve transactional errors.
- Organize thorough verifications and tests of solutions sent by vendor in the UAT environment before deploying to production.
- Provide support of management information systems including data checking and report production.
- Day to day solve the issue raised by the Core Banking Users.
- Coordinate with other departments on System related features.
- Strengthen the capacity of staff under supervision through continuous on-the-job training and other methods.
- Continuously build self and staff’s capacity on related skills, improve the performance and productivities. Implement the Key Performance set in APA.
- Provide leadership, management and day-to-day behavior and attitudes, which exemplify, and encourage others to follow Mega Leasing Plc’s Mission and Core Values.
- Build and maintain critical relationships with staffs and managers.
- Build relationship and coordinate partners, vendors and other stakeholders
Job requirements
- Master or Bachelor’s Degree in IT/MIS or related fields.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft and Open-Source technologies.
- Good knowledge of Business Intelligence System.
- Good communication skills in Khmer and English.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in IT field.
- Well managed on multi tasks/deadline.
- High ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
- Possess honesty, initiative, flexible, commitment, and good inter-personal skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and highly self-motivated.
