Mega Leasing Plc. (“Company”) is a public limited company located in the Kingdom of Cambodia and registered on October 1, 2013 under the Commercial Registration No. Co. 2222 KH/2013 issued by the Ministry of Commerce. On July 24, 2017, the company received a new business registration number 00022551 from the Ministry of Commerce. Mega Leasing Plc. is a company that provides financial leasing service, it obtained a legal financial leasing business license from the National Bank of Cambodia in 2014.

Customers who need to use the movables to support their business or their daily lives and who cannot afford to purchase the movables directly can come to the company that can finance those movables for them through financial leasing.

Milestone

2013:         Mega Leasing Plc. (“The Company”) is a public limited company incorporated in Cambodia and registered with the Ministry of Commerce

2014:         Mega Leasing Plc. obtained its license from the National Bank of Cambodia (“NBC”) to carry out finance leasing business.

2019:         Mega Leasing Plc. expand branch network in to 10 branches located in Phnom Penh, Takhmao Town, Angsnoul District, Khsach Kandal District, Kampong Cham Province, Tboung khmum Province, Siem Reap province, Banteay Meanchey Province, Battambang Province and Sihanouk Province. 

2021:         Mega Leasing Plc. expand more branch network in to 2 branches located in Pailin, and Prey Veng Province.

2022:         Mega Leasing Plc. migrated its core banking system from the Cambodian Accounting Standards (CAS) to the Cambodian International Financial Reporting Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (CIFRS for SMEs) and integrated a multi-currency function into its core banking system.

2023:         Mega Leasing Plc. expanded its branch network by opening one additional branch, located in Kampong Thom province.

2024:         Mega Leasing Plc. placed its primary focus on expanding its financial lease portfolio volume and increasing the number of active customers.

2025:        Mega Leasing Plc. developed and deployed an internal mobile application (Mega Leasing App) to make the evaluation and installment service processes more convenient, fast, and efficient. This application also integrates smoothly with the institution's core banking system (Morakot System). This innovation has contributed significantly to enhancing operational efficiency while strengthening the automation of internal management processes for greater efficiency and modernization.
