Mr. HUN Monivann

Chairman

Mr. Hun Monivann has over 25 years of professional business experience, including more than 20 years serving as a Board Member for numerous national and international companies.

He began his career as an auditor at Ernst & Young (E&Y) Cambodia, and subsequently served as Financial Director and Board Member at Angkor Angkor for over 8 years. From 2006 to 2016, Mr. Hun Monivann served as an Independent Board Member, holding the position of Chairman of the Audit Committee and later Chairman of the Board of Directors at Sathapana Limited Microfinance. From 2016 to 2021, he continued his tenure as an Independent Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee at Sathapana Bank Plc. Concurrently, Mr. Hun Monivann was the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Aplus Consulting Co., Ltd. for nearly 10 years, and served as Vice President of the Siem Reap and Oddar Meanchey Chamber of Commerce for 15 years.

Currently, Mr. Hun Monivann serves as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS), a publicly listed company on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (CSX), and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Mega Leasing Plc.

Mr. Hun Monivann holds a Master of Management Degree from the University of Management and Economics (UME) and a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Accounting from Maharishi Vedic University (MVU). He has also attended numerous national and international training courses in banking, finance, and investment.


Oknha LIM Socheat

Director

Oknha LIM Socheat is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and shareholder of Laksmi Prime Investment Co., Ltd., a private limited company established in 2012 that focuses on equity investments across multiple sectors, ranging from microfinance institutions and FinTech to fund management companies, motorcycle dealerships company, healthcare service providers, and e-commerce platforms, all while maintaining the highest levels of transparency and corporate governance standards.

Oknha LIM Socheat completed the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) program from Australia in 2009 and obtained his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification from the United Kingdom in 2010.

Furthermore, Oknha has contributed significantly to the business community and society through various leadership roles, including:

  1. Vice President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce (CCC)
  2. Member of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council
  3. Former Board Member of the International Business Chamber (IBC)
  4. Former Chairman of the Cambodia Microfinance Association (CMA)

Oknha SOK Piseth

Director

Oknha SOK Piseth has more than 20 years of experience, starting his career as a consultant, CEO, Director, Chairman of the Board and Entrepreneur.

Currently, Oknha SOK Piseth is serving as CEO, Board Member, and Chairman of the Board across many institutions, including: Founder and CEO of Ggear Group Co., Ltd. and BiZ Solution Co., Ltd. Board Member of Business Council in the Mekong Sub-Region, Member of the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC). President of the Global Entrepreneurship Network Cambodia. Chairman of the Board of Toys & Me Co., Ltd. Vice President of the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.

Oknha graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics in Information Technology from the Royal University of Law and Economics in 2006, a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in English Literature (Education) from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) in 2007, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Charles Sturt University.


Mr. MEAS Saksom

Independent Director

Mr. Meas Saksom has more than 30 years of work experience in Professional Accounting Auditor and Managers in both the public and private sectors. Prior to his appointment as Independent Director at Mega Leasing Plc., He was a Senior Audit Partner of Morison Kak & Associés as the oldest and biggest operating auditing firm in Cambodia.

Currently he serves the position as the Chairman of Parliamentary Centre of Asia as well.

He received an MBA in Accounting from Ecole Supérieure Robert de Sorbon School in France in 2009, French Professional Degree in Accounting and Management in 1992 (BTS comptabilité - gestion). He is a CPA member and active member of the First Board of the KICPAA which has been extended for the second mandate and third mandate.

In addition, he was also the advisor to the Ministry of Economy and Finance at the National Accounting Council from 2003 to 2020.


Oknha NA Sothy

Independent Director

Oknha NA Sothy has more than 20 years of experience with local and international companies, beginning his career as a Senior External Auditor of Morison Kak & Associes, Audit Supervisor of Ernst & Young (Cambodia Ltd.) Audit, Partner of Independent Audit Company AT & Associates (Cambodia) Ltd, and as BOD in many other companies.

He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Royal University of Law and Economics and a Certified Accounting Technician from STM School in Singapore.
