Job responsibilities
- Write up policies, guidelines, procedures, workflows, memos and forms of Financial Leasing.
- Update by reviewing the policies, guidelines, procedures, workflows, memos and forms of required Product Leasing.
- Submit policies, guidelines, workflow, procedures, and forms to management to review and approve.
- Analyze competitor and financial leasing service in the market.
- Support digital marketing.
- Set up plan to promote digital marketing.
- Generate idea for sale and marketing strategy.
- Coordinate with IT to improve system monitoring client smoothly.
- Train the policies, guidelines, procedures, workflows, and forms to relevant staff.
- Monitor the implementation of staff on policies, guidelines, procedures, workflows, and forms which rolled out.
- Respond staff feedback if there have any wonder or not clear regarding policies, guidelines, procedures, workflows, and other forms which roll out.
- Facilitate with branch in writing the client success history.
- Pull the public people to join telegram group.
- Do other tasks as assign by Manager.
Job requirements
- Bachelor degree in Finance and Bank, Marketing, Business or other equivalence.
- Ms. Office: word, excel, power point, internet and email.
- Good Communication skills, both good Khmer/English speaking and writing skills.
- At least one year experience in MFI/Bank or other business, experience in marketing communication is preferred.
- Soft skill and other special work condition that we require for this position.
- Well managed on multi tasks/deadline and able to work under pressure.
- High ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn new thing and willing to do as extra miles.
